The Full Circle
The Menopause Wellness Circle takes a holistic approach to menopause support - one that includes your mind, body, and soul.
In The Full Circle, we’ll review a wide range of symptoms and concrete treatment options, including hormone therapy, pharmaceuticals, diet/lifestyle approaches, and Eastern and natural medicine.
You’ll learn what to expect during perimenopause and beyond, and strategies to assess and address your needs, both physical and emotional.
By exploring (optional) practices like visualization, creative expression, and guided journaling, we will transform our relationship to menopause. Together we’ll find joy and meaning in this life transition.
Each Group Meeting Will Include Time To:

3 / Learn about symptoms, hormones, and treatment options.
4 / Get answers to your questions.
5 / Practice a variety of tools and strategies to manage symptoms.

We aim to make this course accessible to people of all income levels, while still keeping the course financially sustainable.
Early bird price: $325 if booked by July 30th, 2025.
Regular fee : $375.
Please consider increasing your investment, so that we can offer need-based scholarships. (Suggested amount: $500, but any increase over the regular fee helps us offer scholarships.)
