For the continuity and growth of the group we ask that you commit to attending all six sessions.

I will be applying for a scholarship. (Please submit this form without making a payment. We will contact you to follow up.)
$325 early bird price (must be in the early bird price window - check website)
$375 regular fee
$375 + scholarship contribution (Suggested amount $375 + $125 contribution = $500 total. But any amount over the regular fee helps us offer scholarships!)

Please note: Registration is not complete until payment is received. If you cancel more than three weeks before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee). If you cancel less than three weeks before the start date of the course, no refund will be given.
